Suresh,

You did not update section 4.4
The text in that section wrongly states that the pinhole created in 4.3
will allow data traffic to pass through. The pinhole created in section
4.3 will only allow packets with MH=5 to pass through, not data traffic.
A pinhole:

Destination address: CN Address
Source address: MN CoA

after the BU/BA passes through the fw should be created (but perhaps
needs to be added into the other doc you created).
