Hesham,
I read through the draft. This kind of approach was discussed in 3gpp2 ~
2 years ago. There was even a huge debate on
http://www.potaroo.net/ietf/idref/draft-paddon-pfcp vs
I-D.ietf-nsis-nslp-natfw. Carriers (who operate public networks) opted
for nsis-nslp, because that can be used in proxy mode too, making it a
superset of the draft-paddon solution.
But I can see lots of added value in this draft, especially on its
security model, which is underspecified in gist/nslp. Have you
considered maybe defining this part of your draft as an extension to the
nsis staff?
Regarding the next steps for the DT:
I-D.soliman-firewall-control configures pinholes in firewalls, while
I-D.tschofenig-mip6-ice & I-D.bajko-mip6-rrtfw tries to find ways to
communicate through the existing firewalls, without putting any
additional requirements to the firewalls. To me, these are two very
distinct approaches, which do not contradict each other in any way.
There may be some overlap between the protocol elements of
I-D.soliman-firewall-control and nsis nslp, but that discussion should
probably happen outside the DT.

a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail
readers
exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
how to manipulate these messages.
Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader
implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
