[Mip6-firewall] [MEXT] New versions (-04) of the firewall vendor and admin drafts

Folks,

Shouldn't we provide an answer to the questions below?

Noriaki is right, there are some aspects of MIP6 and Firewalls in those
two documents he mentions, but those address different issues:

RFC4890 only addresses the filtering of ICMP6 messages within MIP6,
while RFC4942 addresses the security aspects of MIP6 (Suresh is a
co-author in this, probably can explain better why there is no overlap
with that document).
